
About the Role
As the CSA, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service to all visitors and customers at Centric Aviation. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting with inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will be crucial to the success of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, passengers, and crew members upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer service requests including arranging transportation, catering, fueling, hangar services, and other aviation-related services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and flight bookings.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for customers.
- Maintain and organize client records, files, and documentation.
- Provide information on available services and amenities at Centric Aviation.
- Coordinate with the flight crew and operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and waiting area.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience (preferably in an aviation, hospitality, or office setting).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Previous experience in an FBO or aviation industry is an asset, but not required.
Fluency in English; bilingualism (e.g., French) is a plus.
