Salary: $18.15-$21.00/hr

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Ramp Agent / Facility Maintenance to join our growing team. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for mechanically inclined individuals or those looking to launch a career in aviation. Whether you're an aspiring AME or pilot, this role provides the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow within the aviation industry.

Available Shifts:
• 7 days on / 7 days off (rotating schedule 7am-7pm)
Key Responsibilities:
• Refuel various aircraft types in accordance with safety and operational protocols
• Provide professional ramp services and assist pilots with ground support requests
• Operate tugs, machinery, and ground support equipment safely and efficiently
• Weigh and load cargo into aircraft, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure handling
• Perform basic building maintenance and upkeep of hangars, facilities, and equipment
• Assemble furniture, install equipment, or assist with shop tasks as required
• Maintain cleanliness and order across the property, including aircraft ramps and workspaces
• Deliver excellent customer service to pilots, clients, and visitors
• Support the maintenance and operations team with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Mechanical aptitude or experience with machinery/tools preferred

• Aviation background or interest (ideal for pilot students or AME apprentices)

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks with a positive attitude

• Safety-conscious and dependable
